We will meditate, create, reflect and gain more experience with the subtle human energy system including and beyond the chakras.

This weekend live online retreat will include yoga and meditation techniques and personalized ayurvedic applications to work specifically with the “subtle energy bodies" for cleansing and purification.

Many people are not aware that the physical body is not the only body that we have. We also have subtle bodies that vibrate at different frequencies and interact energetically with both the physical and non-physical worlds. They are the different energetic layers that comprise your magnetic field. Knowing and understanding each of the subtle bodies can help you as you navigate your spiritual journey. Through these practices we will gently observe thoughts, reflect on inward and outward experiences through the lens of the subtle body system and so much more including personalized practice, 30-Day wellness cleanse and other tools to take with you.

This is designed to be a perfect New Year reset and a “deep dive” meditation and yoga experience. An intimate community retreat led by Sukhmani.

Our 4th ANNUAL Summer Retreat for 2021 will be held at Sagrada Wellness Center in the Los Padres National Forest in Del Luis Obispo!!

It's an easy 3.5 hour drive from LA. Car pool options should be available with SSR friends in OC and LA!

More silent meditations and outdoor classes with live music.

• Even smaller retreat size. All guests will stay in private rooms only.

• The Sagrada staff will abide by even higher disinfecting guidelines, bleaching all surfaces, doors knobs, and bathrooms serval times throughout the day. 

• All meals will be individually plated with love by our gloved and masked chefs. 

• Meals will be eaten on our outside picnic tables, privates tables, or poolside Adirondack chairs. 

• Our yoga room has plenty of space for mats to be 6 feet apart from each other! A social distancing luxury! Oh, and 45 acres of land!

• We ask that guests bring their own yoga mat, yoga blanlet, meditation pillow and block(s) for personal cleanliness and hygiene.

The accommodations are luxurious and the food.. IS OUT OF THIS WORLD!!!

All organic farm to table with the majority of it coming from the on site organic farm. All food allergies and dietary requirements will be met! Our spectacular private center is on a serene, wonderfully scenic, gated, 45 acre piece of property (1400 ft) that has private hiking trails, a beautiful SALTWATER swimming pool and SALTWATER hot tub with sweeping views. Accommodations include comfy linens and towels, organic meals, hand blended organic herbal tea in the afternoon. Morning sadhana, dynamic yoga and meditation for all levels, hiking, group energy and sound healing, kirtan and live music concerts, restorative/yin yoga and more! Plenty of free time on the majestic grounds for self-reflection, journaling and exploring. Vegetarian and Vegan, Gluten-free options…all dietary restrictions will be met.

It will be drug and alcohol fee again this year and we will encourage everyone to keep cell phones off. Cell service is excellent in case you need for an emergency.

Our world class retreat center is rated highly by National Geographic Magazine. The rooms have a boho/modern vibe and almost feel like being inside a beautiful wooden instrument.
